Ductus is owned by Paul Thomas who has personally walked the leadership path for over four decades. He is authoritative with the gravitas you would expect of a business author and former banking CEO.

Paul has an extensive background in retail banking in Australia. His wide knowledge of financial services was gained across a number of financial institutions over a stellar 40-year banking career. He held a variety of senior roles including CEO of Gateway Bank.
Paul’s management experience in regulated entities has given him a deep understanding of risk management. His other areas of expertise are business strategy, corporate governance and leadership development.
Paul holds a Master of Business Administration and demonstrated academic excellence by graduating 5th out of 170 MBA students. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
A respected senior executive, Paul is an accomplished public speaker and writer. He is the author of three books and – for over a decade – maintained one of Australia’s leading business blogs.
